All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities, at our discretion. Trade pricing requires a valid business account and, where applicable, resale or tax documentation.
Payment and taxes
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Unless a tax exemption applies and valid documentation is on file, applicable taxes are added to your order. Past-due balances may be subject to interest and collection costs.
Shipping, delivery, and risk
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage or shortages promptly.
Product variation
Tile is a natural and manufactured product. Color, veining, shade, size, and finish may vary between production runs and from the samples and images shown on this site. We recommend ordering from a single production lot and including overage for cuts and waste.
Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations must be arranged with us in advance and may be subject to restocking fees and freight charges. Custom, special-order, and clearance items are generally non-returnable.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the products at issue.
